At the moment all 21700 complete modules are made to order. Production may take up to two weeks. If longer, customers will be notified and further actions arranged individually.
You can select shallow internal hex screws (ISO 7380-2) which adds 3.35mm to overall module length(use of thread lock is highly advisable) OR standard Phillips hex screw with wide flat and spring washer which adds 6mm to overall module length. Module sizes displayed at “Additional information” tab, are without screws, tabs or washers. Bolt caps are only compatible with standard screw type.
You will need to purchase series tabs to connect modules into battery pack. Optionally you can order single, twin or triple bolt caps to avoid accidental short circuits. Its also a secondary measure to prevent screws loosening from vibrations.
Some 21700 are out of spec, longer, wider. You need to confirm that the cell You use is within 0.3mm, e.g. 70.3mm in length or 21.3 in diameter max. If not, you will need to contact us for custom enclosure to fit the cell.
